Over the summer, the Friends migrated our data to a new member management system. We chose Neon One for this project, a system that may be familiar to you because it is also used by The Studios of Key West and Williams Hall, among others. The Neon One system offers many features our members have been asking for, including the ability to choose auto-renew for your membership dues and to add a co-member to your account.

What do you need to do? You don’t need to do anything until it’s time to renew. However, if you would like to look around to make sure your information has migrated correctly, add a co-member, or renew early, you can certainly do that. To access the system, go to our website and click on For Members in the top right corner.

Passwords don’t migrate from one system to another, so you will have to enter one. To do that, click on Having Trouble Logging In on the login form and you’ll be walked through the process.
