Instructions and Frequently-Asked Question about the Friends’ Neon One System

How to sign on to Neon One

  1. Start at our website at https://friendsofthekeywestlibrary.org/
  1. Click in the upper right corner, For Members

  1. Neon One will ask you to log in.

Creating a password

  1. You will need to add a password to your Neon One account if this is the first time you are logging in. To do so, click on the link that says “Having trouble logging in?” You will be prompted to re-enter your email address.

2. You will receive an email with a link that will let you change your password.

3. When you click on the link in the email you will be prompted to enter a password. It must be at least 8 characters with at least one number.

  • Can I use the same password I used in the Friends’ previous system?
    • Yes as long as it meets the criteria. Neon One doesn’t know your previous password, so you won’t get one of those, “You’ve used this password before,” notices.
  • My browser is suggesting a password I use in Neon One for another organization. Can I use that password?
    • You can if you wish.

The Constituent Portal

Once you have successful logged on, you will get to the Neon One Constituent Portal.

From the Constituent Portal, you can do a number of useful things. If your member profile needs updating, you can do that here. You can use the menu on the left to renew your membership, manage email subscriptions, and register for events like our Gala and Mystery Night (when tickets become available.)

How to renew your membership

You can renew your membership by

  • following the steps to the Constituent Portal above, and then following the steps below, or
  • going to the Membership renewal form directly by following this link. (You will be prompted to sign in if you have not done so already.)

Once you have reached the Constituent Portal by following the steps above

  1. Click on Memberships on the left menu under Portal Pages.
  2. Click on the Renew button shown on the top in the image below.

3. The renewal form will appear and lead you through the process.

How to add a co-member

You can follow the instructions below to add a co-member, or you can add that person when you renew.

  1. To add another person in your household as a submember, From the, click on Memberships in the left menu under Portal Pages.
  • Your membership information will appear.

2. Click on Add a Submember at the top. The form will appear that will allow you to add the co-members’ information.

Note: If you do not see Add a Submember at the top of this page, click on the dollar amount. You will be taken to the next screen which will allow you to add a submember.
