Why support the Friends? It is the mission of the Friends, a volunteer-based organization, to support the Key West Library, a critical resource for the citizens of Key West. 

We pride ourselves on prudent stewardship and fiscal responsibility. All membership dues go directly to the support of the library. That means that your contribution as a sponsor would allow us to direct the profits from our fundraising efforts to the library.

In the past, sponsorship donations have also helped us fund special projects identified by library staff. Our sponsors are our integral partners in that support.
